Rennin /(rĕn"nĭn)/ Ren·nin Rennin n. A milk-clotting enzyme obtained from the true stomach (abomasum) of a suckling calf. Mol. wt. about 31,000. Also called chymosin, rennase, and abomasal enzyme. (Biochem.)
